I've been using a Timbukt2 Commute XL for about a year now with my Toshiba M200 Tablet PC (12.1") and Moleskine and it has stood up very nicely. Taken it on a number of flights, drives, etc. and everything has stayed snug and dry inside (it has these little "ears" that seal the top of the bag against moisture when you close it) . It's not too big but has a substantial amount of room.
